-is able to read group dynamics can feel what might be emerging and can sense next right step

-asks the right questions at the right time

4.  Adaptability

-makes sure peoples voices are heard and needs are met

-has good sense of different dialogue processes and tools to come up with activities on the spot

-can stay centered and grounded and facilitate even when strong emotions present themselves in the group‍
